Both Yoga and Pilates have been proven to have vast benefits for your health and lifestyle. Pilates is great compliment to your yoga practice – the combination of both disciplines offers an opportunity to develop increased core strength, balance, improved posture and overall greater wellbeing. Both yoga and pilates are perfect ways to move your body, whether you practice these alone or in conjunction with other forms of fitness activities. Our students often tell us that incorporating yoga and pilates into their exercise regime actually improves their ability to train in other areas.

Our signature class exclusive to WildHeart IXL Lounge, this class was developed by Deborah Carwana specifically for our student’s needs.

A unique fusion of yoga, cardio, dance foundation movements, using weight bearing equipment gives a mind and body workout. You will develop, strength, increase body tone and muscle mass, strength, cardio stamina and increased flexibility. We work all muscles through complete range of movement and focus on calming the mind from every day stress.

Not for the faint hearted, be prepared to work in this dynamic class!


Our specialty style of yoga and favourite way to practice at WildHeart IXL Lounge. Yoga at a faster pace designed to make you sweat, improve strength and flexibility.

Ideal for students with yoga experience wanting a challenging practice and body toning. You do not need to be a yogi or super flexible, this class is aimed at helping you get closer to that. The dynamic class follows a vinyasa style of yoga with flowing sequences of postures and a focus on correct alignment. Power yoga is a fantastic workout alone or to compliment your regular exercise.


Specially developed by WildHeart IXL Lounge, we add the X to offer a cross section of fitness levels with a varying style and focus for all round fitness, strength and flexibility offering a deeper awareness into the postures. A challenging class suitable for all fitness levels and our recommendation for those new to the studio.

Yoga X Flow

The little sister class to our power vinyasa, Move through sequenced flows of postures to feel clarity from head to toe, including a core set!

Yoga X Chill

A favourite with our students, let go of the stress from your day with this relaxing class suitable for all fitness levels. Start or finish your week with a workout to stretch, strengthen and centre yourself.

Yoga X Yin

Different to our regular flow style, yin yoga works deeply into your joints and fascia tissue by holding different posters for a slightly longer period. Enjoy an energy boost after this deeply relaxing class.

Yoga Xpress

This express 45 minute class is designed for people on the go but still want to make time for their yoga practice when it suits them.

Mat & Power Pilates

Our 45 & 50 minutes pilates classes promise to tone and sculpt your body. You will improve your core strength, balance and flexibility and stronger, leaner and longer. Designed for any fitness level from beginner to the more experienced.

Power Pilates

Our Power classes are similar to our mat pilates session s- but ramped up a notch to give you a more challenging experience on the mat – incorporating our small hand equipment and weights – and definitely lots of fun!

Mother/Child Yoga

Our newest addition to our Sandy Bay studio. Mother/Child yoga is a great opportunity to bond with your little one – Dads’ are welcome too! Suitable for children aged 4- 11 years and their parent. Offers all the benefits of yoga in a fun format specifically designed for children and families.


Yoga Nidra is a sleep based meditation technique designed to help you completely relax. It uses a series of breath, body and awareness techniques to help you achieve a deeply relaxing state for self-healing and complete restoration. Suitable for combating insomnia, stress, anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma and illness.


A funky fusion of yoga and pilates based moves, core building and strength training - all set to your favourite tunes from the 70s, 80s and 90s - created by Jane to bring you a fun challenging, intense and dynamic workout. A little bit of sweat with a generous helping of soul! A great way to let of some steam, balance out your yoga, or as an alternative to your regular gym based class.



We offer one on one, individual private yoga and pilates sessions. These sessions can be purchased individually or in packages where we can devise a program to suit your schedule and tailor it to suit your needs. Enjoy the privacy of having the studio the yourself, the ability to ask questions, work on a specific injury and focus on the aspects of yoga or pilates you want to work on and learn more about. WildHeart IXL Lounge offers private group bookings at our Sandy Bay and CBD locations for groups of 2-15 students.
